Casa Alfredo is a spacious and very beautiful villa, surrounded by an established garden with flowering bushes and Mediterranean plants. It is located at Sitio do Canal, near the small town of Santa Barbara de Nexe. In nearby Loulé you can find everything you need - restaurants and bars, a shopping centre with a large supermarket, many shops and boutiques and a covered market.
The villa is located on a hill, in a quiet position and it has panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and in the distance, you can see the Atlantic Ocean. The location is private and not overlooked. There is a garage for one car and parking for two cars (parking for three cars in total).

The nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes' drive away, and the nearest restaurant and bar are 800 meters away.
It is spacious and very well-furnished and equipped. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and a second bathroom. It too has its own private terrace with sea view and ensuite bathroom. It is a really comfortable and welcoming house. On a landing, there is an office.

The villa is completely air-conditioned. The utility room is on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer and additional fridge and storage.
